At Caavits, we believe in complete transparency. If your product is outside the standard warranty period, or if the required repair falls under our warranty exclusions (e.g., physical damage, non-original parts), the following standard fee structure will apply to your service request.
Standard Service Fees
All out-of-warranty products sent to our service center are subject to a standard diagnostic fee. This fee covers the labor required to thoroughly test your equipment and determine the root cause of the issue.

Important Note: Before any repair work begins or any parts are replaced, you will receive a comprehensive Repair Quotation outlining the exact costs. No charges will be applied without your explicit written approval.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank wire transfers, and approved corporate purchase orders (Net 30 terms available for qualifying business accounts). Payment links are securely provided along with your official repair quotation.
