Does installing a non-original lamp void my warranty?

Yes. Using third-party, counterfeit, or non-original lamps can cause thermal damage, electrical shorts, or optical degradation. Any damage traced back to the use of non-certified components will immediately void your Caavits hardware warranty.

How do I know if I need to replace my projector lamp?

You may need to replace your lamp if you notice a significant decrease in image brightness, colors appear washed out, or if the projector's lamp replacement LED indicator is flashing red. We recommend replacing lamps before they completely fail.

How do I submit a repair request (RMA)?

You can submit an RMA request directly through our Online Warranty Claim portal under the Warranty & Repair section. Fill out the form with your Serial Number, and our engineers will provide an RMA number within 24 hours.

How long is the standard warranty for Caavits projectors?

All Caavits main projection units come with a standard 3-year limited hardware warranty. The optical engine and laser light sources are specifically covered for 20,000 hours or 3 years, whichever comes first.

Why does the projector turn off by itself after a few minutes?

This is usually caused by the internal thermal protection system. Ensure that the cooling vents are not blocked and the projector has at least 50cm of clearance on all sides. If the air filters are clogged with dust, clean them. If the issue persists, the cooling fan may require servicing.

How do I fix a blurry or distorted projected image?

Adjust the focus ring near the projector lens until the image is sharp. If the image shape is distorted (trapezoid effect), use the Keystone Correction settings in the main menu to square the image. Also, ensure the projector is placed on a flat surface and is perpendicular to the screen.

Why is there no image displaying from my projector?

First, ensure the power cable is securely connected and the unit is turned on. Check that the lens cover has been removed. Verify that your video source (laptop, media player) is powered on and connected to the correct input port. Press the "Source" or "Input" button on the remote to cycle through active connections.
